The Fulton Chain Rendezvous is a weekend-long community event in July where families and visitors gather to view and enjoy nostalgic boats and have fun on the beautiful waters of the Fulton Chain of Lakes in the central Adirondacks.
The public boat show is on Saturday of that weekend. This is an great opportunity to see vintage boats of all types at the Old Forge Docks. On land, visitors can talk with boat builders and restoration shops, as well as local businesses and non-profit groups .
The Rendezvous includes a variety of events and activities for participants, including:
- Cruises on the lake
- Welcome reception
- Public boat viewing at the Old Forge Docks
- Food concessions
- Boat parade up the First Lake Channel
- Sunday brunch cruise

Fulton Chain Area Attractions
The Fulton Chain of Lakes offers plenty to do for the entire family.
Eight lakes make up the Chain and several others are seen along the NYS Route 28 corridor including Raquette Lake and Blue Mountain Lakes. Raquette has 99 miles of shoreline – making it the largest shoreline in the entire Adirondacks. Find these things in the area:
